i'm currently a freshman in college and i'm studying business. i work at a local zoo and i live in southern indiana. i am in a relationship and i've been with Kyle for over 2 years. i'm a hard-working girl who isn't afraid to get dirty. i like glamourous things but i'm not high maintenance. my toe nails are always painted and my fingernails are normally french manicured. i like starbucks, my favorite (& really the only thing i drink from there) is the iced chai tea latte. i also love their pumpkin and banana bread :) i am very easy to get along with and i like meeting new people. i drive a ford ranger, but i'm looking to buy a new vehicle soon. i don't watch many girly movies, i'd rather watch something that has a lot of action or makes me laugh. i love to read! i am a subscriber to car and driver magazine and i read a wide genre of books. my library consists of eat pray love, what's your number?, loose girl, smashed, girl bomb, eternal love, and many others.. well that's a bit about me, read my entries to learn more!

 sooo my boss has been out of town the past week which puts a lot more responsibilities on my shoulders. i worked a 12 hour shift friday night. i started at 10:30pm and i didn't get home until 10:30 the next morning. it was ridiculous and completely drained me. it's frustrating that i have to do everything and that none of the other employees really step up much to help me out. fortunately, my boss will be returning to work on thursday and will relieve me of some of my stresses. lately i've really been missing a true friendship. between school, work, and having a boyfriend i have really pushed any real friends that i ever had away. i miss having "girl time" and going shopping. my boyfriend is like my best friend, which is great that i can share so much with him but there is also only so much i can tell him, mostly because he wouldn't understand things like a girl would. i don't really have anyone to talk to about my relationship problems and that's frustrating. i regret not making time for the friends that i had when i had them. i still have friends but not really any that i hang out with. i wish that i had the friendships that i had when i was younger, when we were attached at the hip and gossiped about everything. welll, i am going back to school tomorrow after a four day weekend - which makes it extremely hard to get back in the grove of things. i've recently pulled something in my back and i am dreading going back to school and carrying my god awful backpack full of underused & overrated books. oh the joys of being a student ...

 heyy! i updated my layout on here and i plan on updating my personal more often. i miss those days when i updated on a regular basis. i have been very motivated lately to get back into xanga, it has and always will be one of my most enjoyed hobbies. so i'm about to begin my second semester of my freshman of college. i haven't liked college much so far. i mean it's not been difficult but i feel like its a waste of time right now since i'm taking just basic classes. i would honestly rather be working full time than going to school but that time will come soon enough. so i still work in the restaurant at our local zoo but we are working on opening a full-time upscale restaurant. i'm super excited because i will be getting paid much more and i'll be doing more office-type work, which is what i am most interested in. so that's all that i've got for now. can't wait to update again :]

 ahh so i have neglected this an awful lot. i really miss blogging on a daily basis, so i'm gonna be on here updating everyday. so my summer has been good so far. kyle and i went to cedar point amusement park at the beginning of june. we had a blast and it was great to get away for a week, just me and him. we just got back from the kentucky speedway a week ago. it was my first nascar race and it was pretty awesome. i got kurt and kyle busch's autograph. it was exciting. i also came home with a nice sunburn, but it was well worth it. the rest of the summer i've just been working my tail off. kyle had a rodeo on saturday. he didn't win so it was a wasted trip but who cares. i start college on august 30th. i'm so not excited but i'm done with classes everyday by noon. can't beat that. summer has already gone by way too fast. i'm staying at home, not living on campus because the college is 15 mins away and it'd be way too much of a hassle to live on campus. so that's the story of my life at this point.

 so i finally found some time to get in an update. i don't know why i neglect this thing so much. welll as i told you in the last update, my boyfriend bought an xbox. yeah it's great and all, but i've played xbox my entire life so its nothing new to me. he is obviously obsessed with it, since he's never played one. that's pretty much all he does anymore. he bought assassins creed two and if he's not playing it, then he's telling me all the dumb things about the game. it's getting to be quite annoying actually. surely it's just a stage that he'll get over. or i'll just have to break the xbox so he can't play it anymore. i'm finally getting a new phone. i've had the original lg envy foreverrr and i'm finally gonna get a touch screem smart phone. i decided on the droid 2 r2d2 version. i think it's cute and it suits my needs. i posted a picture of it under the cut :) r2d2 was always my favorite star wars character. i really have no idea why, he really is kinda boring. but anyways. i've got a pre calculus test to study for. catch ya laterrr currently
